The role:


As a Sales and Wellness Consultant at Massage Envy you are the face of the brand. You are the first point of contact for face-to-face guests, and those calling / emailing the clinic. This person plays a crucial role in building excellent relationships with members and guests, and is responsible for creating an atmosphere that is relaxing, respectful, nurturing, and inspiring.


We are currently looking for a casual employee to work approx 15-20 hours per week. 



Role responsibilities:


  • Providing a level of customer service that exceeds the expectations of guests
  • Matching members and guests with the ideal therapist dependent on their needs
  • Achieving spa membership sales goals & KPIs
  • Proactively attract new members to the clinic by thinking outside of the box to generate new leads and participating in programs or promotions that drives sales
  • Assists in front desk tasks including, but not limited to: opening and closing the clinic, light cleaning, and other clinic administration support as needed
  • Uphold the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy


About you:

  • A passion for achieving goals and targets
  • Strong autonomy, and sense of responsibility
  • The ability to connect and build strong professional relationships
  • Exceptional communication, and customer service ethos 
  • Experience in a membership sales environment (such as a gym) is highly beneficial
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
