About the role
Anytime Fitness Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Vendor Relations Manager / Contracts Administrator to join the Finance and Operations team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, your duties will include:
Formalising Preferred Supplier policies and systems
Managing current supplier relationships contract
Sourcing and selecting new suppliers or supply arrangements for current categories
Developing new supply categories in consultation with franchise operations
Monitoring, measuring, forecasting, reconciling and budgeting all business rebates
Negotiating and negotiating contracts for supply
Managing the ongoing purchase of equipment, services and supplies, as well as maximising performance and minimising spending inefficiencies
Review and manage policies for staff expenses
Negotiating, managing and formalising key commercial deals
The right candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Have a background in management accounting
A passionate and energetic personality, paired with a positive attitude
An innovative and forward thinking approach
High attention to detail
Pride in a high quality of standard of work
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Eagerness to improve processes and systems
Excellent time management skills - delivering work on time
Organisation skills – ability to prioritise tasks
Advanced Excel skills
