About the role

Anytime Fitness Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Vendor Relations Manager / Contracts Administrator to join the Finance and Operations team. 



Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, your duties will include:

  • Formalising Preferred Supplier policies and systems
  • Managing current supplier relationships contract
  • Sourcing and selecting new suppliers or supply arrangements for current categories
  • Developing new supply categories in consultation with franchise operations
  • Monitoring, measuring, forecasting, reconciling and budgeting all business rebates
  • Negotiating and negotiating contracts for supply
  • Managing the ongoing purchase of equipment, services and supplies, as well as maximising performance and minimising spending inefficiencies
  • Review and manage policies for staff expenses
  • Negotiating, managing and formalising key commercial deals


 The right candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Have a background in management accounting
  • A passionate and energetic personality, paired with a positive attitude
  • An innovative and forward thinking approach
  • High attention to detail
  • Pride in a high quality of standard of work
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Eagerness to improve processes and systems
  • Excellent time management skills - delivering work on time
  • Organisation skills – ability to prioritise tasks
  • Advanced Excel skills
