What We're Looking For:
Our team is tight, we are selective, we look for someone who is outgoing, willing to learn and a people person. When you are part of our team, you will learn and grow within. You just need to have the right attitude - we will help with the rest.

We are looking for a casual staff member who is available to work approx 15-22 hours per week. The hours will be varied but set a month in advance. Our opening hours are from 10am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, Friday's are 9am to 3pm, and Saturday's are 9-2pm. We suit someone who may be studying or have life commitments that desire flexibility with days of work. Your main responsibilities during this time will be to help our members with their enquiries, sell new memberships & ensure our facilities are 100% maintained and tidy.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Membership enquiries and sales
• Administration processes for memberships
• Assist members with enquiries and build positive club culture
• Assisting & contributing to marketing & social media content
• Maintaining housekeeping of the gym
• Following all processes & procedures
• Achieve KPIs

Ideal candidates will have:

• Excellent phone communication skills
• Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms
• Ability to cover all aspects of gym operations, sales and front desk
• Energy, self-motivation and drive
• Passion for health and fitness

A Fitness background and/or sales experience will be highly regarded, however not necessary as ongoing training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
