About the Role

As a our Sales and Customer Service Manager at Anytime Fitness, you’ll play a vital role in driving membership growth and ensuring an exceptional experience for every member. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a goal-oriented environment and is passionate about fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Sales:
- Generate and follow up on leads to bring in prospective members.
- Conduct engaging tours of the facility, showcasing the benefits of membership.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
Customer Service:
- Deliver top-notch customer service to both prospective and current members.
- Address member concerns with a solution-focused attitude, ensuring a positive experience for all.
Marketing & Outreach:
- Actively participate in local community events and outreach initiatives to promote Anytime Fitness.
- Execute local marketing strategies to attract new members and maintain a strong presence in the community.
Administration:
- Efficiently manage member accounts, including sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions for reporting and analysis.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with gym management and the personal training team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Contribute positively to the team dynamic, supporting a culture of success and collaboration.
About You

- Strong interpersonal skills and a self-driven work ethic.
- Experience in arrears/overdue payment collection and office administration (preferred but not required).
- Demonstrated success in phone-based sales or customer service (preferred).
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving measurable results.
- A drive to exceed KPIs and consistently hit monthly sales targets.
