Being a Sales Consultant at XTEND Barre (XB) Parramatta:

The Sales Consultants at XB are passionate about the XB fitness product/offering and helping our members to lead happier and healthier lives. Some of the core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Manage the end to end prospect journey, check new leads, calls and make bookings for first appointment
  • Undertake quality studio tours for new prospects and be an expert of the studio and membership options 
  • Effectively engage with potential members and guide them through the sales process face to face, over the phone and via email 
  • Driving sales activity to meet and exceed studio targets
  • Get to know each of the members of the studio to create a strong community and share in their progress and success
  • Deliver world class customer service to our members to retain them, keep them motivated and enthused
  • Engage in community outreach activities

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service role 
  • Experience in sales role (preferred) 
  • Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
  • Passionate and reliable 
  • Interest in health and fitness and building the XTEND Barre brand 
  • Positive and customer-tailored communication skills, excellent at building authentic relationships 
  • Team Player 
  • Well organised and prepared 
  • Internally motivated, driven and positive 
  • Available to work outside usual hours when required (e.g. weekends, evening, public holidays)
