Anytime Fitness Blacktown is looking for an outgoing, perpetually positive, self- starter with great sales skills and an ability to provide superior customer service to members of our club.

 

You will need to have a real passion and genuine care for helping other people achieve their personal health goals. You will need to be highly organised and have a real drive to succeed. 

 

You must be looking for long term employment and want to be part of a team. You also need to be happy and excited that you want to change people's lives through health and fitness.

 

 About the Role

 

As the Club Manager, you are critical to the success of the club!  

 

You are responsible for all facets of the daily execution of the club. This will be accomplished in conjunction with other club staff that you manage while working together as a team to:

  •   help create & maintain member retention
  •   promote the Anytime Fitness brand
  •   drive membership sales
  •   build a positive member culture
  •   meet monthly KPI's
  •   book appointments, 
  •   manage arrears
  •   complete member service calls
  •   other administrative tasks.

You have a direct effect on the club growth and club income—a huge responsibility; are you up for it?

 

You must be confident on the telephone, have solid sales skills, show exceptional customer service skills and be able to work in a team environment. The critical skill is your ability to naturally build rapport and deliver an exceptional level of customer service.

 

Successful applicants must also:

 

  - be well presented with excellent communications skills

  - be energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated & highly organised.

  - be passionate about the Health and Fitness Industry.

 

Highly regarded -A fitness background with Cert 3 & 4 qualifications.

Monday 10am-7pm
Tuesday 10am-7pm
Wednesday 10am-7pm
Thursday 10am-7pm
Friday 10am-5pm

Need to have

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Working with Children Check
  • Police Check
  • An Australian drivers license & their own vehicle.
