Our aim is to provide the best possible experience every single time someone comes into contact with us.
 
Our team is tight, we are selective, we look for someone who is outgoing, willing to learn and a people person. When you are part of our team, you will learn and grow within. You just need to have the right attitude - we will help with the rest. 
 
We don't look for industry experience necessarily, we want to know everything about you and what you value. Are you a people person, do you like to have fun and do you have a belief in being healthy? 
 
A variety of shifts are available on a casual  basis, our opening hours are from 10am to 7pm with different times available within those. We suit someone who may be studying, or have life commitments that desire flexibility. Our minimum shift length however is 5 hours.

 
Your main responsibilities during this time will be to help our members with their enquiries, sell new memberships & ensure our facilities are 100% maintained and tidy. 
We need team members who are flexible every day of the week (except Sundays). We are however able to roster around other commitments you may hold.

Previous customer service experience in retail or similar sectors is desirable. 
Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is mandatory.  
An interest in a healthy lifestyle is important, we don't need you to be an athlete, just be able to promote your values to our members.
