Club Manager - Membership Sales

We’re looking for an energetic, suitably qualified and motivated team player to join our team in a diverse position. Your roll will include Club Manager, Group fitness Co-ordinator Membership sales and Administration duties.

You will require strong communication skills that enables you to build rapport with members and guests and be truly passionate about helping them achieve their goals. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years' experience in the Health and Fitness Industry and have proven experience in working with a team to achieve collective and individual targets.

You’ll be trained in one of our existing clubs ready for the opening of a brand new super club in Brisbane CBD.  You will be part of a team that works closely together supporting each other in driving the club to it's full potential. The position will require a tenacious, dedicated, flexible and adaptable approach, while being there to compliment the Club Managers already in place.

You will be passionate, one who stays up to date with all fitness industry trends and training techniques as well as our protocols and resources. You will also be open to new ideas to get the community moving and involved.

Leading by example is a high priority and a skill that will help you instil such values as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, leadership respect and accountability into those around you.

It is extremely important that you are available to work Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • 100% commitment to providing OUTSTANDING customer service
  • Co-ordinate Day to Day operations 
  • Increase member base, retain members, renew members and re-motivate non-users
  • Ensure all club facilities, gym floor equipment is always in good & safe working order
  • Member engagement
  • Membership sales
  • Administration duties
  • Ensure processes and guidelines are followed
  • Promote the club brand, image and activities within the local community
  • Create a vibrant and fun club culture
  • Lead a team!

You will have:

  • Min. Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness 
  • Previous sales experience is recommended
  • Current first aid and CPR
  • Police check
