Anytime Fitness SEB Group is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to manage new builds and refreshes across a portfolio of gymnasiums.

An abundance of work will be available, including but not limited to the build and refresh of up to 6 gymnasiums across NSW and VIC in 2023.

About the role:

The successful candidate will need to ensure that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules with impeccable communication skills to communicate directly with the franchisor and certifier to obtain a CC, OC and/or CDC where required. The candidate is expected to deliver assigned projects to the required quality and is accountable for the integrity, quality and accuracy of expert advice provided.

The successful candidate will be required to have the following:

• Extensive experience in commercial builds
• Excellent time management skills
• Thorough understanding of the legislation and policy framework within which they operate
• Attention to detail
• Must work well under pressure
• Great organisational skills
• Intent to find opportunities to co-operate with internal and external parties to improve outcomes for the business

Looking to contract a Project Manager who is working from home part-time at $85k.
