A Sales Consultant at Anytime Fitness plays a critical role in driving membership sales and ensuring member satisfaction. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:

Responsibilities:

• Membership Sales:

  • Generate leads and follow up on prospective members.
  • Conduct tours of the facility, explaining the benefits and services offered.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and goals set by the management.

• Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective members.
  • Address member concerns and ensure a positive experience.

• Marketing and Outreach:

  • Participate in community events and outreach programs to promote Anytime Fitness.
  • Implement local marketing strategies to attract new members.

• Administration:

  • Manage member accounts, including new sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the gym's management and training staff to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.

About you

Do you have the following experience and qualities?

• First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic
• Arrears/Overdue payment  collection and office administration experience is preferred
• Demonstrated experience with on the phone skills preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
• Passion for hitting KPIs and smashing out monthly targets
