About the role 

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the purpose of this role is to help in providing effective leadership and general support to all AF clubs in Cairns.  As the Assistant Manager you will be a crucial member to our team, and would need to possess a can-do attitude with a willingness to adapt and grow.

The FULL TIME position is 38 hours per week, with additional monthly bonuses.

• Availability to work until 7pm 
• Wiling to work rotating Saturday morning shifts 
• Must have own transportation

Qualifications & experience

• You must be a people's person who loves interacting and helping others!
• You should have a can-do attitude and be we willing to learn, adapt and grow
• Previous experience within a fitness sales role is desirable however, if you are just starting out and have the drive to succeed, we can give you the training and tools to become an industry superstar!
