About the role  

 

As our Club Manager you will be a crucial member of the team and will be responsible for ensuring the effective overall management of the club. You will be responsible for building and developing a team, planning sales and marketing strategies, selling memberships, performing day to day operational duties and developing a customer centric club culture.

 

This will need to be done in such a way as to achieve all agreed targets and effectively, lead the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our values can thrive. 

 

 

About you

 

Do you have the following experience and qualities?

  • Sound business skills with an 'ownership' mentality
  • Experience in B2B and Outreach
  • Self-motivated work ethic with an eye for detail
  • Passion for the industry and changing people’s lives
  • A minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Cert III in Fitness (or equivalent industry knowledge - desirable)
  • Sales and marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing high-performance teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
  • Reliable and pro active
  • Exceptional proven organisational skills

You will be responsible for attracting new members into the club through referrals and lead generation.

 

You will also need to have excellent knowledge about gym exercise/equipment, have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about helping others as well as be comfortable in sales processes both face to face and via telephone.
