As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach you will be responsible for coaching OTF workouts and motivating members of the studio while leading them through pre-defined workouts.

Essential Attitude, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Fun, energetic, light-hearted, driven and a passionate person, with a love for health, fitness and the overall members well-being in and outside of the studio
  • Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of up to 28 members 
  • Build OTF attendance and retaining current clientele 
  • Ensure safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise techniques
  • Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels 
  • Attend monthly fitness staff meetings 
  • Actively learn and develop your skills and knowledge through the Orange University learning portal 
  • Handle member concerns when applicable
  • Assist sales associates

Expectations

  • 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry
  • Must be able to work early mornings starting 4:30am, closing shifts until 9pm and weekend shifts
  • Fitness Cert III 
  • Fitness Cert IV (recommended)
  • CPR / First Aid certified
  • Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • Ability to time-keep during sessions for members to hit base, push and all out levels when required. We are a scientifically proven workout and have all the tools and workout platforms at our fingertips, you will need to apply this in the best, safest way possible to deliver the ultimate workout experience
  • Option to customise your personal playlists and tailor music to suit each session
