The role:

You will use your knowledge of fitness together with your business advisory and educational skillset to support a portfolio of franchise Anytime Fitness businesses. Your expertise will play a very important role in helping Franchisees improve their business and the Anytime brand to strengthen.

 

Duties include:

  • Providing leadership and ongoing education to franchisees to help the growth of their businesses
  • Performing consultative business reviews with Franchisees
  • Understanding the fitness and financial functions of the franchisee businesses, including a strong delivery of budgeting and financial reporting
  • Driving brand and operational standards through education and coaching
  • Delivering continuous process improvement initiatives to franchisees
  • Conducting club visits and facilitating training around Australia

Who you are:

As well as your passion for fitness and strong drive to help a portfolio of businesses succeed, you will also have;

  • Broad operational experience and exposure across various areas of business
  • A background and/or experience in fitness or coaching would be very advantageous
  • A fine eye for analysis and identification of business improvement opportunities and potential solutions
  • Confident and skilled at presenting from small to large groups
  • Experience with Franchising would be advantageous
