We are looking for an administrative superstar to make an impact on the internal property and legal teams and the Collective Wellness Group brands in this exciting new role.


About the role:

You will liaise with franchise owners to ensure administrative compliance relating to various areas within the scope of the property and legal teams. 



  • Tracking and follow up of franchisees for correct site and design information including forms, approvals and lease expiry/lease options documents
  • Owning and tracking of communications and reminder emails
  • Updates into the CRM system
  • Sharing of information between franchisees and the broader property team
  • Ad hoc reporting


  • Assisting in the issuing of franchise agreements, renewal agreements and transfer documents, including the use of Docusign
  • Undertaking company searches and council development application tracking
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Legal Team and Town Planner, including email correspondence, template letter drafting and phone calls to franchisees, councils and other stakeholders
  • Assisting in territory mapping


  • Quality minute taking for meetings and distribution to involved parties
  • Diligent file management

The candidate we're looking for will have:

  • 5+ years Administrative experience in a corporate environment
  • A fine eye for detail with great pride taken in delivering high quality of work
  • Excellent organisation, document formatting and communication skills
  • Hunger to streamline processes and make a significant impact on a wide team
  • Advanced computer Office suite knowledge
  • Eagerness to learn, grow and develop in an exciting and fast paced environment
  • A keen interest in the health and wellness space
