National Franchise Sales Executive

The role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Development, you are responsible growing our network and selling franchises within the Collective Wellness Group portfolio to driven and ambitious individuals seeking to invest in their own business.


You have the innate ability to connect with people and understand their “why”, using this information to sell our health and fitness franchise businesses. You will build long standing relationships with your prospects and leads and help guide existing franchisees through the franchising journey.


You will be a key part of making peoples dreams become a reality and positively impact people right across Australia. 


Your duties will include:

  • Drive Franchise sales to meet business objectives
  • Utilise your network and sell franchise territories for a fitness brand
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to maximise lead generation
  • Present to audiences of potential Franchisees
  • Qualify leads and follow up on prospects
  • Ensure potential franchisees are aligned with our business principles
  • Secure appointments and offer expert knowledge of our brand
  • Report to senior stakeholders on sales progress and sales pipeline
  • Execute excellent administration skills

About you:

  • Experience in selling high value items 
  • Excellent customer relationship management 
  • Driven and passionate about achieving targets
  • Experience in lead and database management
  • Sound business understanding (a business degree is preferable)
  • Powerful presentation skills
  • Keen interest in the health and fitness space
  • Sound understanding of legal boundaries around point of sale and franchising 
  • Ability to travel frequently
